The Value Proposition
The Rights of Association to the 2010 and 2011 Academy Games provides potential business partners a unique entry point to a brand that has developed into an exciting and positive one, with values associated with youth, sport and achievement. The Academy Games brand offers significant commercial advantage in comparison to other sporting products in the market.
The Academies of Sport Incorporated – a collective of 10 regional Academies with reach across the entire geographic coverage of NSW – is fully committed both financially and operationally to supporting the Academy Games for the benefits of talented young sportspeople throughout NSW. (In 2010 we will also have the Gold Coast Academy of Sport attending and competing at the event).
The Northern Inland Academy of Sport as the 'Host Academy', in concert with the ASi Board, is seeking business partners to establish commercial links with the ASi body and the Academy Games product, with an objective of developing a strong network of partners that will obtain positive leveraging and strong marketing benefits through their association with the Games brand.
Current partners such as the State Government through Communities NSW, ClubsNSW, FM 92.9, FM 100.3, NBN Television, Sport UNE, The Northern Daily Leader, Dairy Farmers and the Commonwealth Bank have aligned the Games over a three year term.
The Call To Action
The Board of ASi is seeking a commitment from interested business partners to support the endeavors of the ASi. The ASi is seeking to establish a number of business partnerships commensurate with the level of media exposure and value the Games will generate. It is now confirmed that a minimum TV, Radio and Print advertising campaigns to the minimum value of $90,000.00 will support the rights of association to the 2011 Academy Games.
The Board of ASi sees the 'Academy Games' as a stand-alone sporting product that has high value to potential partners and sponsors and is now approaching corporate partners, sponsors and suppliers to support the event.
