ASi:
The Academy Games is an initiative of the Academies of Sport Incorporated (ASi). ASi is made up of member bodies from the Regional Academy Network.

Venues:
Two single court venues will be utilised:-
Presbyterian Ladies College indoor facility, Crest Road, Armidale
Sport UNE indoor facility, Armidale

Competition Dates:
Wednesday 7th - Friday 9th April 2010

Competition Times:
Wednesday 7th            12.00 pm   -   5.00  pm 
Thursday 8th                  8.30 am   -   5.00  pm
Friday 9th                       8.30 am   -  12.00 pm

 
Competition Format:
A round robin competition format will be used with each Academy team to play all other Academies once - no final series will be played. it is intended to develop a draw which enables Academy teams to play at both venues on each of the two competition days. It will be necessary for some Academy squads to play at both venues in the one day - this is unavoidable!
 
Competition Information: 
Wednesday       12.00pm start @ PLC and UNE - 5.00pm finish
Thursday             8.30am start @ PLC and UNE - 5.00pm finish
Friday                  8.30am start @ PLC and UNE - 12noon finish

Age Group:
The Netball tournament is intended to provide competition experiencee for athletes selected in the Academies' "older age" squads i.e. not the 15 year old squads which will participate in the Netball NSW development tournament in October 2010.
